Series 10 Horizontal sliding unit

Description

A slim line horizontal sliding unit available with 2, 3 or 4 sliding sash panels suited to traditional casement and ribbon windows. The sashes are designed to be removable to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
Sashes run on glide pads with the option for larger panels of stainless steel ball races fitted with tyres.
Sashes have integral extruded full height projecting finger pulls or optional recessed pulls to allow contra-sliding, slim 23mm wide interlock stiles and twin silicone treated polypropylene pile weather seals. Glazing must be specified in accordance with BS6262:2005 'Codes of Practice - Glazing for Buildings'
Options include locks, trickle ventilators fitted within enlarged timber head grounds and acoustic reveal linings to head and jambs.
All fixings are concealed within the frame, which may be linked to other frames with a colour-matched aluminium mullion/transom section or purpose designed timber mullions for bay windows.

Size guidelines

Maximum sash: 1100mm wide x 2200mm high
Minimum sash: 300mm wide x 300mm high
Sash height to width ratio should not normally exceed 4:1
