Series 30 Lift-Out unit

Description

A slim line Lift-out panel offering a practical way of treating windows that are rarely used but which need access for cleaning or maintenance. It is also used in combination with other window styles as side lights or over lights. The unit incorporates an integral finger lift and sprung safety catches and the sash is fitted with silicone treated polypropylene pile weather seals. Glazing must be specified in accordance with BS6262:2005 'Codes of Practice - Glazing for Buildings'
Options include trickle ventilators fitted within enlarged timber head grounds and acoustic reveal linings to head and jambs.
All fixings are concealed within the frame, which may be linked to other frames with a colour-matched aluminium mullion/transom section or purpose designed timber mullions for bay windows.

Maximum sash dimensions: 1000mm wide x 1700mm high
