Guidance

A sash system that allows the panels to tilt-in to the room to facilitate cleaning and is particularly suited to treating traditional sash windows with offset meeting styles. Safety in use has been a key element in the design of the system.

Product Features

  • Adjustable spiral spring balances fully support a sash weight up to 20Kg in all positions
  • Slim 28mm meeting rail
  • Spring release catches allow sashes to tilt in
  • Stainless steel stay arms safely hold the sash in the open position
  • Friction brake mechanism prevents the sash sliding in the tilt position
  • Twin seals ensure high sealing efficiency
  • Concealed fixings provide clean appearance

Glazing

  • 4mm to 8mm

Frame

  • Trickle ventilator within extended timber sub frame.
  • Colour matched mullion/transom section allows frames to be linked

Ironmongery

  • Fitch catch lock (white or black)
  • D handles to upper sash

Size guidelines

(subject to glass thickness)
  • Maximum sash size 1500mm x 1300mm
  • Minimum sash size 500mm x 400mm
  • Sash height to width ratio should not normally exceed 1:3
