The theme of the 2021 annual CIOB Conservation Conference is highly topical, as it focusses on sustainability in relation to heritage and traditional (pre-1919) buildings and dealing with climate change. An expert panel of speakers will be exploring not only what has been achieved so far, but what still needs to be done and how sustainability measures can be achieved. Presentations will demonstrate best practice, retrofit standards, science, and latest research to inspire appropriate interventions in improving the environmental performance of our heritage and traditional building stock.
