Right now we are looking for...- Contract: full time 37.5 hours per week
- Location: office based in St Albans with site visits as required
- Reporting to: Sales Manager
- Identify and engage new B2B prospects through research, networking and events.
- Promote our secondary glazing systems to influencers and decision-makers.
- Deliver tailored presentations and technical advice to generate interest and convert leads.
- Collaborate with our estimating team to prepare proposals, negotiate and secure orders.
- Support marketing with technical input for campaigns and materials.
- Share market insights and client feedback to inform product development.
- 3+ years in construction or glazing-related sales or technical roles.
- Strong understanding of building design, sustainability and heritage considerations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays.
