As a Fabricator Apprentice at Selectaglaze, you’ll work in our dynamic factory environment, learning essential fabrication skills while laying the foundation for a rewarding career in the construction industry. Our 18-month apprenticeship program, developed exclusively for Selectaglaze, combines practical experience with structured learning. You’ll also complete relevant courses to obtain your CSCS card, ensuring you're fully equipped to support our installation teams on-site. But your journey doesn’t stop there. At Selectaglaze, we believe in nurturing talent. Many of our fabricators have gone on to thrive in roles such as IT, production engineering, installation, and project surveying. With ongoing training and mentorship from our experienced team, you’ll have the chance to explore different career paths and grow within the company. We offer a supportive and inclusive environment where your development is a priority. Whether you’re aiming to become an installer, a surveyor, or explore other areas of the business, we’ll help you get there. What We Offer:
