Right now, we’re looking for…

The Role: reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee all site-based activities across multiple projects, from survey to installation and service
  • Direct management of the team of 18 including office-based administration team and site-based teams for survey and installation
  • Carry out a technical review of all new contracts to ensure that the customer expectations can be met
  • Coordinate the survey and installation programmes, working in collaboration with the Head of Production, managing and meeting customer expectations, whilst accounting for production lead time and capacity
  • Manage site costs including installer payments
  • Manage site liaison and disputes
  • Manage valuations and invoicing
  • Ensure site Health and Safety
Ideal candidates: naturally positive, proactive and customer focused with extensive experience at Management level in Operations. What you bring to the party: 
  • A relevant NVQ level 5 or equivalent qualification
  • Previous team management experience
  • Project management and site management experience
  • Worked with small scale builders to major contractors
  • Window or building industry experience
  • Worked as part of a team, alongside other department heads/managers
  • Ability to read construction drawings
  • Good numeracy and computer skills
