Our solutions improve thermal performance, reduce noise and enhance security – while preserving the character of existing windows, especially in listed and sensitive buildings. Our clients include architects, sustainability consultants, acousticians, contractors and end users who value our expertise and attention to detail. Role Overview As a Sales Consultant you will be a key part of our sales team, responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while supporting existing clients. You’ll work closely with influencers (architects, consultants, heritage bodies), main contractors, and direct clients in sectors such as offices, education and hotels. Your role will combine technical knowledge with commercial insight to secure and deliver tailored solutions and build long-term relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development and Promotion:
  • Identify and engage new B2B prospects through research, networking and events.
  • Promote our secondary glazing systems to influencers and decision-makers.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and technical advice to generate interest and convert leads.
  • Collaborate with our estimating team to prepare proposals, negotiate and secure orders.
Collaboration & Feedback:
  • Support marketing with technical input for campaigns and materials.
  • Share market insights and client feedback to inform product development.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • 3+ years in construction or glazing-related sales or technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of building design, sustainability and heritage considerations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays.
