Kerri has worked in the construction industry for over 17 years, starting off as a building surveyor in the Asbestos sector. She has amassed a wealth of H&S qualifications including; NEBOSH, IOSH, NCRQ and BOHS to name a few; putting them to good use whilst managing the health and safety of a 6million pound demolition project at Kingsnorth Powerstation in a previous role.

What are your responsibilities at Selectaglaze?
The biggest part of my job is the health & safety within the factory. Dealing with large sections of glass, and some very hazardous machinery has its challenges, but all our teams are extremely experienced which makes everything run very smoothly, most of the time.
I manage compliance for all the accreditations and memberships we hold; I am proud to work for a company that takes such pride in these achievements.
I manage our fleet of vans, ensuring vehicle maintenance and driver performance is executed to the highest level, to improve our environmental impact, increase productivity and help the business run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, maintaining our commitment to FORS Silver.

Managing the health and safety of the 18-month refurbishment project of the Selectaglaze factory and offices, whilst fully occupied and operational

I love being outdoors, either with animals, motorbikes, in the garden or away in our touring caravan, anywhere near the coast
