What are your responsibilities at Selectaglaze?

The biggest part of my job is the health & safety within the factory. Dealing with large sections of glass, and some very hazardous machinery has its challenges, but all our teams are extremely experienced which makes everything run very smoothly, most of the time. I manage compliance for all the accreditations and memberships we hold; I am proud to work for a company that takes such pride in these achievements. I manage our fleet of vans, ensuring vehicle maintenance and driver performance is executed to the highest level, to improve our environmental impact, increase productivity and help the business run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, maintaining our commitment to FORS Silver.

What are your most stand out projects?

Managing the health and safety of the 18-month refurbishment project of the Selectaglaze factory and offices, whilst fully occupied and operational

Who do you deal with the most?

Auditors for quality, health and safety and other related matters

At weekends you will find me...

I love being outdoors, either with animals, motorbikes, in the garden or away in our touring caravan, anywhere near the coast
